Calvary Baptist CHURCH

Mark and his wife Donna have five children.   Mark teaches sunday school using the 1611 K ing James Bible  Rightly dividing the word of truth (II Tim 2:15)  God has enabled Mark to teach so all can understand the truth about  Sin--- Salvation-- and Submission  to the Lord for godly living each day. If you have children and are looking for a Church Home where you can be sure they will be taught the truth. you come be with us for sunday school at 10:00 each Sun. Morn. We are not in the entertainment business -- we are not political correct -- We are teaching the will of  God for the youth of today.

Wayne Teaches the primary sunday school class , Wayne has three young children and understands the importantance of  Children being taught about Jesus at an early age. Wayne also understands the need for each child to receive Jesus as their own personal Savior . Wayne preaches in Asheboro at the Carolina House Retirement Center -- 514 Vision Drive-- on the first thur. of each month at 6:30 P. M.   

               

Brother David has been preaching the gospel of Christ for over thirty years, winning the lost and teaching the word of God. God called him into the ministry in 1973  and he was ordained by his pastor and two other Independent Baptist preachers when he founded Freedom Baptist Church eight years after he was saved. He has taught the adult Sunday School class in two Independent Missionary Baptist Churches and pastored In North and South Carolina before coming to Calvary Baptist.

He has preached in many Baptist Churches and held prayer meetings in homes seeing God save the lost and sometimes lost church members. Bro. David still praises God for allowing him to preach in a meeting some years ago in S.C.  The meeting was to begin on monday night and continue through Friday. but God had other plans. He started the meeting on Sunday morning by saving two teenage girls and God saved seventeen teenagers the first week and continued the meeting another week and saved young people and Adults. Bro David believes and preaches from the old King James Bible as the preserved word of God. And that the Gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.
